Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your items from DTSY Fitness, but should you need to return/exchange anything then please read the following carefully:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return, the item must be sent back unworn & unwashed. When trying on your order please ensure underwear is worn and no marking from deodorant/makeup is left behind.

The responsibility of the item remains with the customer until we have received it back. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. We recommend using a tracked service when sending your returns to us, to ensure it reaches us safely.

Should you need to make a return, please email us at info@dtsyfitness.com stating the reason for your return. We will then forward on our returns address.

Refund Returns

You will be contacted once your refund has been processed. The refund will be via the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the funds to show in your account before contacting us. 

Exchanges

Once we have received the return you will be contacted regarding how to exchange.

Faulty Items

If you think you have a faulty item, please contact us within the 14 day returns period & we will email you back with all of the options on how we can rectify the issue. Contact us at: info@dtsyfitness.com

Sale Items

We DO NOT accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty and then we can offer an exchange.

Christmas

For Christmas gifts, the returns policy is extended to 14 days after the 25th December 2024.

Customs: Please note that due to customs and import regulations, we are unable to accept returns for refused duty payments. All purchases are made at the customers responsibility, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchases.

Please ensure all items meet with the above conditions to ensure your exchange or refund is processed smoothly. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges on items deemed not to meet the conditions for resale. All returns are thoroughly checked before any refunds/ exchanges are made.
